SaferSEA project meeting
1st to 5 July 2024
Cedre travelled to Porto (Portugal) to take part in a project partners meeting organised by the partner UPTEC. During this trip, the partners were also able to take part in the first of five study tours planned as part of the project.
The partners also attended the Portuguese National Final of the ClimateLaunchpad, a competition for young start-ups working in Greentech.
The trip also included a visit to a laboratory at FEUP (Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto) dedicated to the development of unmanned surface, aerial and underwater vehicles for scientific, military or private use.
Finally, the UPTEC start-up incubator (which brings together nearly 100 start-ups) organised a meeting with a few start-ups developing tools and solutions in the maritime sector.
