A 24/7 emergency hotline
To support response managers in handling water pollution incidents or threats, Cedre runs an emergency hotline available around the clock 365 days a year. It provides information on the pollutant as well as advice on the response strategies, techniques and equipment to be deployed.

An operational response centre
- Many high-performance forecast models (OILMAP, CHEMMAP, ALOHA…), priority access to MOTHY (Météo-France) and several geomatics programmes (DynMAP, ArcGIS, QGIS),
- Access to many oil and chemical databases and to different digital information exchange systems,
- Guides, manuals, monographs and information files on oil and chemicals, response techniques, past incidents, public and private contingency plans, sailing directions, international legislation, etc.
