Renewal of the LPO/Cedre agreement

On Tuesday 11 June, Allain Bougrain-Dubourg, president of LPO France, and François Cuillandre, president of Cedre, renewed the agreement between the two associations.

The areas of collaboration include: emergency situations, such as wildlife contaminated by oil or chemicals washing up on the shoreline; spill response preparedness, in particular through the production of specific documentation on wildlife and birdlife rehabilitation; scientific and technical collaboration on topics of common interest (in particular plastic litter in aquatic environments); training; and the outreach of the two organisations.

This was also the opportunity for the two presidents to meet again and strengthen this long-standing relationship.
