Agreement signed between Cedre and SDIS 29

Last week, Cedre signed a framework agreement with the Finistère fire and rescue service SDIS 29 in the presence of Marguerite Lamour, President of SDIS 29 and Christophe Logette, Director of Cedre.

This agreement formalises the collaborative partnership initiated several years ago and relates to spill response, research, experimentation, contingency planning, training and documentation.

The agreement was signed at the Finistère fire and rescue service’s new departmental training centre in Saint-Ségal, which was inaugurated on 21 September 2024.

This 7-hectare site comprises an educational centre, technical facilities, a covered exercise area, sports facilities, accommodation and a zone specifically dedicated to spills in inland waters. This flagship facility is set to further strengthen the ties between the two organisations and to give rise to valuable collaboration in the future.
