Throughout the project

Each plan is "tailor-made" by Cedre's emergency response specialists.

The plans take into account the specificities of the client's facilities as well as their internal rules, procedures and policies, national and international regulations as well as various standards in force.

Regular exchanges

As soon as the contract has been signed, a project kick-off meeting (face-to-face, conference call or video conference) is organised to establish the project's ground rules.

Thereafter, regular exchanges take place to fine-tune the approach and to provide information on the progress made.

Regular activity reports can be provided (frequency to be defined).

Collaborative writing

Such assignments are generally carried out in pairs and, in order to simplify exchanges, the number of contacts at Cedre is kept to a minimum. However, Cedre mobilises all its resources to contribute to the development of as operational a document as possible: specialists in modelling, chemistry, equipment, field response, etc.

Compliance with rules and legislation

One of the first stages of the project involves familiarisation with the client's internal rules and procedures, operational organisation and general policies, so that the final contingency plan is consistent with this framework.

The client organisation's rules of confidentiality are respected and Cedre ensures that no information is disclosed upon completion of the study.

Cedre also guarantees the utmost compliance with national and international regulations.

Adherence to standards

Cedre is certified ISO 9001 and 14001 and follows IMO, IPIECA and OGP recommendations.
