Cedre manages an annual budget of approximately €5 million.

It is funded by public bodies (the State and public administrations, local authorities, public establishments, European Union) and private organisations (industry and professional unions) through agreements, contracts and tenders.

64% of the total budget comes from private and public contracts.

36% of the total budget takes the form of a subsidy granted by the French Government, intended to cover Cedre’s public service mission. This subsidy is managed on behalf of the State by the French Ministry in charge of Ecology.
